Custom Cleanroom Machinery

The machine to the left was designed to work with material used in medical applications. This machine, powdercoated for installation in a cleanroom environment, uses the score slitting technique to slit the material. The unwind stand built for handling large heavy rolls is integrated with the slitting and rewinding module of the machine to slit at very high speeds.

Tabletop Slitting Machine

This machine was designed with space considerations and material width in mind. Designed to slit thin film-like material at high speeds, this machine uses the razor slitting method to slit and rewind the material around 3" cores. This machine is aggressively sought after for not only its performance but ease of use and operator friendliness.

Film Slitting Machine

The machine shown left was built to ahhere to not only cleanroom regulations that the customer had but as well as the specific needs of the material. The master rolls of material were very heavy, thin, and had to be slit at a very high speed. A doffing tree was included in this design in order to assist the operator with unloading the heavy yet fragile rolls.
