CONVERTING SERVICES
We provide contract converting as a service to our customers with a variety of operations. Our capabilities include razor, score, hot knife and shear slitting. We have duplex rewinding with differential capability. We can handle one roll simple jobs to demanding high quality work.
MACHINE REBUILDING
With on-site machine shop, welding, painting, and assembly, Pinnacle is capable of rebuilding a variety of different machines, including slitters, sheeters, rewinders, and other special machinery. While rebuilding, we can integrate new technology to increase machine capacity, speed, safety, and/or operator friendliness.
MACHINE UPGRADES
If removing an old machine from production to have it reworked is out of the question, Pinnacle can supply retro-fit kits to upgrade your existing machines with newer technology. We also can assist with the installation and set-up if needed.
