SERVICES
We provide contract
converting as a service to our customers with a variety of
operations. Our capabilities include razor, score, hot knife
and shear slitting. We have duplex rewinding with differential
capability. We can handle simple one roll jobs to
demanding high volume work. Whether a customer needs one roll
or 1000 rolls, we will provide the highest quality work we can offer
in a timely professional manner.
MACHINE REBUILDING
With on-site machine shop, welding,
painting, and assembly is quick and easy! Pinnacle is capable of
rebuilding a variety of different machines, including slitters,
sheeters, rewinders, and other special machinery. While
rebuilding, we can also design and integrate new state-of-the-art
technology to increase machine capacity, speed, safety, and/or
operator friendliness.
MACHINE
UPGRADES
If
removing an old machine from production to have it reworked or
upgraded is out of the question, Pinnacle can design and
supply retro-fit kits to
upgrade your existing machines with the newest technology. We
also can assist with the
installation and set-up if needed.
