Converting Services

We provide contract converting as a service to our customers with a variety of operations.  Our capabilities include razor, score, hot knife and shear slitting and we have duplex rewinding with differential capability.  We can handle simple one roll jobs to demanding high volume work. Whether a customer needs one roll or 1000 rolls, we will provide the highest quality work we can offer in a timely professional manner.

Parts and Service

Whether your company owns a Pinnacle machine or a machine built by another manufacturer, we can provide spare parts, service, or diagnosis of converting machine issues.

Machine Upgrades and Rebuilds

With on-site machine shop, welding, painting, and assembly is quick and easy! Pinnacle is capable of rebuilding a variety of different machines, including slitters, sheeters, rewinders, and other special machinery.  While rebuilding, we can also design and integrate new state-of-the-art technology toincrease machine capacity, speed, safety, and/or operator friendliness.
