Operation is this easy..

1. Load the master roll onto the unwind shaft and place the shaft into the machine.

2. Wrap the drag strap around the roll and add the appropriate weight for desired tension.

3. Set the blade positions to the desired widths.

4. Thread the material through the machine past the cutters and into the nip rollers.

5. Close the nip rollers.

6. Activate the blades and pierce the web.

7. Once a cut has been made, jog the slit webs through to the exit clamp and press the cut button to initialize the counters.

8. Program the machine for desired cut length and count.

9. Press start and begin automatic sheeting. Sheeting will continue until the count is reached, the operator halts the machine, or an E-stop is activated.
